Unable to export

Hey Guys,

Having a serious KT problem that's never happened before, I have one particular model that just won't export properly. I've done nothing different then usual, some homemade materials, relatively small model, just a reception interior, only thing diff is I've downloaded SU 2015 but all my other files work fine with it. I've tried save as, copy and paste, export from SU 2013, NOTHINGS WORKING!!!!

Any ideas?

Got it sorted, I deleted a carpet texture I made earlier in PS and it seems to be behaving now
