Ok, In image, here is the type(chap) of texture for whom I look. For the slate (forget the central motive) as well as the mechanical said tile(blow).
If you have this type of texture, thank you very much.

For the first, you're probably going to have to construct it yourself to get a 3D appearance. For the slate, turbosquid or cgtextures (or do a similar search), as I said.
