Material problem

I exported a model from sketchup 8(with the current exporter) and almost everything worked fine, only my ground surface is acting wierd:
Half of the surface is skewed 45degrees and the other half is just stretched
this always happens with all materials

It's an UV mapping issue. Since you haven't applied the texture in SU you haven't the UV coordinates for the material in KT. It's always better to apply the textures in SU and then export to KT. Anyway inside KT you can change the UV coordinates by selecting the object with the texture applied-->tools-->bitmap coordinates and choose cubic.

Have a look at these, instead of playing randomly, it's more time saving! ;)
