network rendering not working on more than 2 machine network
free-text explanation on the error:
Start to render a scene on three machines. The last client over-rides the previous one, network log only shows index 0 and the thread setup of the last client subscribed.
Order used to start rendering was: server, client 1, client 2.
When client 1 finishes a pass the commit counter on the server does not increase. When client 2 finished the pass it seems that the commit counter increased by 2.
