IES data Sheet

Thought i would render up the IES lights individually so that it serves as a guide...
i used PM+FG med + aa preset...
tone mapping - gamma correction.
xposure at 1.0
gamma at 1.0

2.ies and 3.ies doesn't work for me.. so ive left it blank!
i noticed that some IES lights are brighter while others are very feeble... is this normal? what is the power of each light that it emulates? for example is it a 100 w bulb??

Some (and other fancy things too).

It is just that 2 and 3 are VERY dim lights. The max value for 3 is 2.5 candela whereas 4 has a max of 573, 230x brighter!

Maybe we should remove those 2. I'm not sure they are very useful.

yup 2 and 3 are workin all rite... in two ways...
1) when increasing the radiance.. it shows up..
2) increasing the exposure 20+ times...

if what notareal said bout not needin to adjust power is true, why is it that by increasing the radiance we can see the lights more brighter?

the ordinary power multiplier didnt have any effect though...

I don't know where those IES lights that where bundled, do originate, but if you look ERCO IES files, they do come with different power (watts). For my understanding, only what is missing from IES data is color info.
