finally... package versions!!!

The zips contain the installers (except for Linux version which will still come
out as archived tar.gz). I hope i've done it correctly for Macs - i used the
Packager application, producing a package that installs to /Applications/Kerkythea.

Changes Log:
- fixed MLT+BiPT incorrect density issue (Patrick)
- added frame selection for anim cameras
- physical description for cameras
- fixed Unicode issue when executable was under unicode folder
- fixed .obj parsing due to negative indices (notareal)
- fixed cross-platform networking issue (related to some struct alignment)
- fixed normals shading issue when using left-handed transformation (Tomasz)
- made packages!

Still unfixed - may stay as they are...
- networking in general
- hdr image saving may produce crashes

ps. I used Frolfer's until there's a final result with the splash poll.
If one of the other 2 finalists make it, i 'll have to change it.

package installer works for me on a mac.
and it did not touch my already installed globals etc.

do you know what's the best practice to assign an icon to
an executable in macosx? or should i leave it blank?

Also - if anyone has experience with Apple's package maker - how
can we change the installation path? I put as default the "/Application"
folder but perhaps users need to install it somewhere else

hmm... just realised that this installer can not be a solution since
it creates a folder.... i need to create dmg image for distribution
