Changes log
1. Fixes (i think once & for all) mac black spots on PhongWard example scene.

I am probably going to make a last compilation tonight, so if there
are any tiny & safe changes to i'll do them. (i am speaking about
commas & spaces).

One change i am going to do, is to fix the 3ds importer that produces
bad focal-length camera (Tomasz). It's really 1 line of code

Install worked perfectly (though pass phrase is still required) on both Intel and G4 Macs. The only thing that might be changed is that the installation dialog doesn't mention that the Kerkythea folder will be created within the Applications folder.

When I download on the Mac, I get a "Decompression failed" message in the Downloads window. When I right-click on the downloaded zip file to Open it with Stuffit Expander, I get the Stuffit message "Please enter the passphrase for this archive:". ktserc must be entered to proceed with unzipping. This is exactly the same procedure that I'm used to for the protected downloads.
