Simple Semi-Detached Houses

I designed these small houses with a small budget in mind for my brother & my cousin. The site is in a rural area where a building permit is not required. Any suggestions or tips to improve the render are welcome, TIA.

I would put skylights or dormers/windows on the second floor. Otherwise, not a bad design from what I can see here. I would add a stone base around the house - min. 8cm high, 50-60cm is better.
I would make the roof overhangs much deeper to cover a 120cm paved walkway around the house, and put gutters to catch the rainwater into rain barrels to water the flowers/garden in the very least.

What about more renders or maybe more space for the sky? I mean a better composition...

I am missing those day of KT glory ,grow and refurbishment.... daily active topics and etc....
It is still quite powerful , but not active that much....
I wish its reborn again, maybe a newer version or more render experiences...
