The first one could be an indoor swimmingpool,
by changing the shinines and reflection of the floor
as you did, it changes
into a modern style japanese house with a patio.
Open the KerkyThea-renders in Irfanview or XNView (or PhShop)
save them and the filesize can increase much.

I came for one more advise.
In the first images, i've used Exposure 1 and Gamma 3.4 for the luminosity, ut it lacks contrast.
This one as Exposure 1.8 and Gamma 2.5 . It has much better constrast in the interior, but it burns alot in the exterior.
I'm just using sun Int1 Turb2.
Can you give me a tip on this?
