i wanted to post here before my 10th post...
I'm Antoine originally from Bordeaux (France) living and working in Tokyo for 3 years now (and maybe for a long time). I wasn't sent here for work as i moved just after graduating. I found a job in a landscape architecture compagny where i design CAD and 3D, and sometimes make propositions on projects.
Japanese work too much !
and drink too much
I'm really not a into physics and science as i studied sociology, city planning and landscape so 3D rendering is quite difficult to me
i think that's all for the moment...oh and i sing in an oldschool hardcore / fastcore band if you dont wanna break your ears check it out www.myspace.com/lifetimestruggle
Thanks for this forum and for your great advices

Hey everybody, my name's Umar and this will be my first post here
I'm only fifteen years old so i don't have much in the way of stories like you guys (and girls of course) have
I live in england, and have been using kerkythea for about 8 months now, but i've been practising a lot despite GCSE's and whatnot.
Recently, on work experience i went to a surveyors/architects firm, and showed them what i could do in the way of 3D modelling and rendering, via Sketchup and Kerkythea, and now have been offered a summer job in that company
Anyway, i hope i can learn more in this forum and expand my skills in rendering
I've been scouring the forum recently and decided i might aswell be a member
thanks, umar

I am fairly new to Kerkythea and the 3D modelling/rendering world, possibly only about 5 months now. But as days go by, I seem to be getting addicted to Kerkythea. So, before I become an official addict, let me introduce myself.
I'm Deiva from Malaysia and I will be 35 in a months time. I am a qualified Electrical & Electronics Engineer (studies in the UK). I have been working as a Software Engineer for the last 10 years, serving in various multi-national companies, two of which were JVC and Intel. I currently work for a British firm which develops enterprise-class RAID storage solutions. I specifically design storage related software solution based on Windows technologies.
I've been married for 4 years now, and I have a son who turned 2 today.
As I read more and more posts about net rendering on the Kerkythea forums, I am thinking that I will possibly try to utilise my 6 lab servers at my work place to do some of my Kerkythea related biddings.
It's just got to be done.
To the Kerkythea team, thanks for an excellent and user-friendly software (I really mean it). To the rest of the forum members, I think all of you have made this forum an excellent sharing/teaching ground which enables more noobs like me to pick up rendering skills in Kerkythea easily. I hope that I too would be able to contribute back to this forum as time goes by.
