Wonderful! Thank You!
A picture (imported png image) works fine if it is exploded, or, if it was placed on a surface - unglued, moved a bit away from the surface, and then exploded. It is then the same as a surface with a texture.
About the rbs though

Great! Great! Great!
Thanks a bunch, Tomasz!
Can't wait to put it to work.
A question, though: downloaded zip file doesn't content a KT-Lights folder to be copied in the SU components folder, as stated in the "Install.txt" file.
Can I use the old KT lights instead?

Exactly...
That's one of the functions you can be using it for...

| Ok, I got the proxy to work on a small file. However, I'm noticing more screen lock ups in Kerky. The problem is when I hit the start render button, It keeps rendering unable to stop it. The screen Kt screen becomes frozen. I'm still not convinced that this is working efficiently for me. It took several min to render 6 trees & ground plane with quick PT.

LAPX - can you provide some info on your computer specifications..??
(CPU, RAM etc...)
To me it sound as if your computer doesn't have that big capacity...
Also - for exterior scenes, please try using render preset no. 17 (Progressive Path Tracing)...
Between 35-65 passes, your render should be clean enough...
For me that takes app. 30-60 minutes with a 1200x800 resolution...

Kim see link here http://www.kerkythea.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=48908&highlight=proxy#48908
I think something else has gone wrong with my sutok, Probably explains why render is slow, right.
The materials have no color as if sutok is not exporting.

I've seen it, thanks...
I really can't tell you why you experience this, cause I also have a Pentium(R) Intel(R) 4 CPU, 3.00GHz, 2.99GHz and 1.00 GB RAM simular to you...
However, maybe it's the graphic card...?!?
I have a ATI Radeon X300 Series - I don't know what you have, but that might be the reason...?!?

Not necessarily...

That's because it's groups and/or instanced objects...
If you expand the groups/instances by clicking the "+" sign you can go in and edit the individual materials...

Tomasz, can you add a scroll bar to the "To be imported" window (Add KT Materials window)?
A have only some of the material library installed and the window already occupies my entire screen.
I know the window may be scrolled with the mouse wheel, but then the "Cancel" and "Import" buttons just cover th material rows.
Can you also move those two buttons on a "stable" area of the window?

|
| When I try to attach an imported material to a Sketchup material the small box at the top of the dialog box shows scrambled asci characters and the list contains a number of spaces and single digits before any textures. If I select a texture and click "import" I get a confirmation of import but 0 materials attached. The exported model does not have the materials attached when rendered.
