Is it possible to export a component proxy in SU and have KT load in a different model in its place?

I'm trying to create a large amount of trees in a model and wanted to place the (extremely simple) components in SU, use the randor plugin to give them all random rotation and scale and have KT replace these with high poly trees at the same relative scale and rotation.

I'm assuming this isn't (currently) possible since I haven't found anything about it yet but would love to be pleasantly surprised.

Thanks.

Thanks, this looks like just what I wanted. I'm just about to try it out...
