Help! Grainy wood finish when rendered with PhotonMap

Post by hainguyen202 »

Hi all,

Hope everyone is doing well. I'm trying to render a wood conference table by using PhotonMap, but the finish turned out to be very grainy. I tried different light setting and sun setting but same result. I'm not sure how to fix it. Anyone have any idea to fix it? Any response would be much appreciated! Thanks :)

you must use higher quality AA settings.
if you are using Production AA try 0.01 or 0.005 default is 0.1
